Thanks for the ping, friend. Sad to say, I was there for thread 1 and heard the heartbreaking news early on. I'm now awaiting funeral arrangement information so I can alert Houston FReepers who want to attend.

The Chief was an honourable debator. No matter whether you held with his position or held against it, he always granted you the right to hold your position and took for granted that you held it honestly. We have lost a true friend - but so long as we keep him in our hearts, he will never be far away from us!
