The Chinese have a really big potential problem with islamic militants in thier western province. New buildings and and infrastructure they've been putting up there as well as new settlements of Chinese would all be terrorist targets. The Russians and Chinese apparently have both asked for and gotten the same deal from GW Bush, i.e. a free hand in dealing with their own lunatics in return for total support in American efforts against terrorism, and it appears as if the day in which islamic militants can play the big powers off against one another is over.

In theory, that leaves only the problem of the Albanians and the KLA to take care of.

This is a bunch of B.S. Yeah you will get killed for plotting violent acts in China, but many of the Muslims they execute are not militants but "separatists," i.e. anybody who recalls that Xinjiang is not the real name of Eastern Turkestan and who speculates openly about how nice it would be if the atheistic commies got the hell out of their country. Some have been killed for violent acts, but plenty have been executed for purely political crimes.
