By the way, Christ didn't literally mean the Pharisees were cheating on their wives - he meant that their desire to search for signs was like the soothsaying and divination of the Gentiles.
Will Christ know me when He comes again? Putting aside the fact that you don't have the authority to speculate about the Lord's sovereign decisions (and your attempt to speculate about my salvation doesn't do much to acquit you of either arrogance or hubris) - Christ said that not all those who cry "Lord, Lord" will see the kingdom, but those who do the will of His Father.
I think that by avoiding using the Bible like a deck of Tarot cards or a Ouija board I am striving to obey His Father who frowns upon soothsaying.
As a final note - calling my salvation into question is the most awkward and ungracious way of admitting you've lost the argument.
