This really says a lot about Maher's love/awe/fear regarding Clinton. He's lost sponsors, lost affiliates, about to lose his job (please!), is hated by most of America, and yet is STILL loathe to criticize an EX President by name.

Though I am upset to see Maher's career ruined by one remark, the fact is that the rules of the game have been made perfectly clear. Just ask John Rocker. Or Toyota. Maher must have known what the consequences of his remarks would be. Otherwise, he didn't deserve his show in the first place. To him I say, "Welcome to our world!"

But to be honest, I am just as upset about this as I was about Rocker and Toyota. If this stuff keeps up, pretty soon there will be a list of "the ten words you CAN say on TV."

I would have much rather seen PI left to wither and die on the vine. Now ABC can live under the illusion that the show would have survived but for the complaints of some "right wing nuts".

Maybe Peter Jennings' ex will fill that time slot.

I well understand that he has been pulled from some affiliates. The title of the thread reads thusly: "Politically Incorrect Pulled From ABC". Perhaps you need to read the big, bold letters at the top of the thread. There are people that have posted in here that believe that ABC actually cancelled the show. I read well enough, thank you very much.

Yes I heard that too. I also here that Tom Fitton, judicial watch honcho, was schedueled to be on that same flight to LA, and also was schedualed to appear on that same PI. He would have been on that plane, but took an earlier flight instead.

If this is true, how weired is that? Two of Hillary's worst enemies on board the same ill-fated flight, heading for the same taping of the same left-wing (freinds of clinton) show?

This was a dorky liberal centrist show anyway. Looks like they couldn't survive the pinging they took from the public or the sponsors. Too bad the anti-gun nazis, and the environmentalist brown shirts couldn't fall by the wayside in the same manner. Nothing is ever easy is it?
