Wasn't it PI that during the election last year had a picture of Bush with cross-hairs superimposed?

What was that old fable about the venomous snake that kept trying to "worm" its way into someone's coat pocket to keep warm ... finally the person relented, snake bit ... person expresses horror and shock at the snake's bite; snake says,
Hey, I'm a snake, what did you expect? These libs need to go back and re-read the fables. There's a world of wisdom in them.

Funny how so many around here make the "original" observation that Maher's show should be called "Politically Correct." But when he makes a politically incorrect statement, people right away want to ban him. Silly hypoctrites.
By the way, one of my best friends works for a TV network -- let's just say it's not Fox -- that gets a lot of FReeper emails. For the most part the employees are instructed to send back form replies, but amongst themselves they laugh at the dummy dittoheads. "Very stupid, very unpleasant people" were his exact words. Just thought you'd like to know.

He does seem to be a bit ghastly looking tonight. He might be loosing his jobs. Sponsors cancelling, and stations. TROUBLE.
Looks like there has been a sea change in america.

>>He said that our military are the cowards.<<
No,he did NOT. He said our GOVERNMENT were cowards for firing cruise missles, and this was a OBVIOUS reference to the Bubba bin Bombing administration, since no cruise missles have been fired since he left office.
BTW,Bush-2 said essentially the same thing with his comment "this time we won't be using million dollar missles to blow up a 10 dollar tent and kill a camel."

Nice try but he also said the terrorists were brave. It was the comparison that has pissed so many people off.

Nice try yourself, but he was also right about this. They were brave enough to give up their own lives to accomplish their mission, while Bubba bin Bombing was/is such a coward that he not only fired (ordered fired) missles from 2,000 miles away, but he even lied and ran away to England to keep from getting drafted during the VN war.
>> It was the comparison that has pissed so many people off. <<
Not anybody who bothers to think about it. Courage is courage, and it doesn't matter if it is the enemy or yourself exhibiting it. Recogonizing it in your enemy takes nothing away from you,and doesn't mean they aren't still the enemy. In fact,a "my enemy are all cowards who will run from me" is a attitude that is guaranteed to get people killed. Custer thought this, and we all know what happened to him.

Who's Michael Savage? And more importantly, why should I care?

Let's put this in perspective. Walt Disney was very AMERICAN, EISNER is not. Mike is ruining a good mans name as well as his Company. BOYCOTT EISNER!!!

The trouble is that in order to be funny there has to be a grain of truth in the joke. To date Maher has never shown any recognition of the truth. He seems to be singularly hateful.

ATTENTION!!! Howard Stern just announced that he will be interviewing Bill Maher on his radio show in just a few minutes. Check it out!

Also, Laura Innes is a complete idiot. One of those "I don't want to go to war. Why can't we just make peace with them" morons. What amazes me is these liberals who want to "make peace" with the Taliban. The Taliban? You mean those horribly evil MEN who make women live under the most repressive conditions on the face of the earth? You would think they would want to retaliate just for that!

What's important to me is telling the truthIf a lie is believed to be the truth, then that is what will be told. And believed.

Will Bill flash his chest for him? This I gotta see! /sarcasm
