What will be the price of using these robots for the best possible surgery even if they ARE the best? If they get a lot of them, will a good surgeon even be able to find a job?
If you have an Optimus (in a few more years), it won’t just be a fine surgeon - it will be pretty much anybody that you need or want it to be.
Once it has the mechanical strength, mobility, sensors, fine motor control, etc. of a human; WHAT it does, is is just a matter of software - like downloading an app for that function.
Grow food in your garden, cook it up at night, fix the HVAC or the car, sing and dance for you, do all the housework, stand guard all night - and if you need it, provide emergency medical care.
Just have it wirelessly connect to a giant AI in a data center in the cloud, and get your Optimus trained to be any new type of specialist, in just a moment.

Agreed.
My thoughts exactly.
