Until January 30th, LOL!
In Wednesday’s vote, several more Democrats voted with Republicans to fund the government than in the last vote nearly two months ago, when Rep. Jared Golden of Maine was the only supporter. This time, six Democrats backed the bill, including Golden as well as Henry Cuellar of Texas, Adam Gray of California, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington, Tom Suozzi of New York and Don Davis of North Carolina.
On the GOP side, Reps. Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Greg Steube of Florida bucked their party and voted no.
Trump is scheduled to sign the bill live. His team should absolutely play a video montage of all the democrats calling the shutdown their leverage, also the angry House dems who are spitting mad and saying democrats stopped their efforts to keep the government closed. Too many voters blamed Trump, who never before received the CR.
Why would anyone vote no?
Massie KY will vote no.
What a putz. It will be good to see him lose his primary.
Past tense. Massie has indeed voted no.
Welp, there it is. Gov’t shutdown is over.
Until January 30th, LOL!
><
I’d bet they try this again in Jan. They are going all-out communist now.
1) Socialism
2) Pelosi said to
3) The stupid add-on of the $500,000-per gift to eight Senate Republicans--they may well deserve it the way they were jerked around by DOJ, but don't stick it in this bill and make the clean CR dirty.
But it's best that we voted for it.
What? This tug of war circus may be coming back as early as Jan 30th? I sure hope not.
Meanwhile, the airport situation also must be resolved asap!
“Greg Steube of Florida”
He’s my Congressman.
I saw nothing on his website or in my e-mail in the way of explanation.
Steube voted no over possible Arctic Frost payout to Senator Graham.
Did we win?
Well, now the SNAPPERS got something else to worry about. Obammiecare. They might have to start doing their own medical procedures. At least that one tonner who was on the news telling us to eat white people won’t be out there hunting down white people to eat.

(3) January 30, 2026.
I take it that the last funded SNAP payout is for March 2026.
I thought Hakeem was going to do a “magic minute” house filibuster. Maybe he decided it was a bad idea....
That Senate provision will allow Senators that had their phones tapped, to sue the heck out of Jack Smith - retroactively …
And go after the Judge that allowed the phones to be hijacked
