Really quite simple.
We have Democrats, a functionally
inept, mentally disabled, or
just plain evil person that we
have granted all the rights of
normal people. Our predecessors mistake,
so we now have to deal with them.
Millions of them.
Nobody else wants them!
I don’t want them around.
I don’t have an answer that is
Christian.
We can’t exterminate them,
although they are doing a
good job of that themselves.
I would give them all
very cheap drugs and not try to revive
overdoses.
NPR is trying to go out big!
With all of this developing and so many leftists willing to kill, it will be a near-miracle to avoid a civil war. A big difference if it happens is that there will be no quarter. Leftists have not slowed down since Rittenhouse, ICE and others have shown them the way. So, taking them captive can not be an option. You will NOT change their minds.
It is so sad that it has come to this. To me, there can be no compromise. I understand clearly now that leftists believe truth-tellers must die like Charlie Kirk and leaders/teachers/some influencers/regular workers are celebrating this murder EVEN at the cost of their jobs. If someone will throw his/her job away over a point of view, they are VERY serious and must be dealt with severely. Such people are potential murderers.

You’re thinking of a YouGov poll.
In this poll, a Marist poll, the difference between the Rs and the Ds might not be significant (because of small subsample sizes).
A year ago, Marist asked a similar question. The percent of people thinking that political violence may be acceptable has multiplied.
Two years ago, in a poll commissioned by the Center for Politics for the U. of Virginia, similar percentages of people who had voted for Trump and who had voted for Biden said that “any action” taken by my party might be justified.
BOTTOM LINE: One of the reasons to enforce the law is to prevent the other side from taking the law into their own hands. Each side should think that we’ll soon have another election and that criminals on the other side will be arrested and appropriately punished by law enforcement.
Otherwise, you wind up with the Hatfields and the McCoys, or worse Somalia.
That's why I included "dedicated viewers", pretty much all the Democrat scum in America.
I was also thinking along the lines of who has the guns. I’d wager we do, so bring it if you dare!
