You’re not exactly an expert on the subject so maybe you shouldn’t believe everything you think.

Maybe you should have tried harder in High School and got in yourself to see it for what it is.

To test this, he then repeated these steps, but with empty, primed casings in the chamber. The primed cases fired 5 times in a row.

Sounds guilty.

As part of an experiment, I might load primed cases with bullets only — to represent the weight of a loaded round.

And maybe with a magazine full of these, also.

That is if the weight of the pistol is part of the effects, such as being dropped.

Anyone who spends the time you do trying to make others look small is usually kind of a douche. So there is that.

A primed case will launch a projectile about one inch into the barrel.

Happened in my barracks in the 70s. First floor were the PMO offices, second and third floors were PMO barracks with some base staff (me) also assigned. Gun shot one night, thought some tired MP had left a round in the chamber after clearing his weapon. Figured he discharged the weapon into the safety barrel. (Sand filled five gallon steel barrel). Next morning found out two bored MPs played quick draw one dead one in prison.

Yep, but you are testing and will be aware of this.

Out agencies initial handgun course was 850-1000 rounds. That included dry fire, reload training, weapon malfunction and retention. The annual requal was 50 rounds. And our training was based on the state’s law enforcement committee standards. Some agencies were even more stringent. It was good enough that a few years ago the CCW law was changed so that retirees with the above training automatically qualified for an unrestricted permit. I can carry anywhere but casinos.
