But burning an American flag on the sidewalk in LA during the anti-ICE riots was “free speech”.
Wear a wide trimmed cowboy hat in response.
Try that with a Koran and see what happens.
RE: A deep search did not yield any results for fans being removed by the team for slogans or imagery embraced by or associated with the left.
Of course not. Haven’t you heard of freedom of speech?
The Dems exercise it frequently.
Absolutely civil rights violation unless they ban all political
speech and this is/was a campaign slogan so I suppose it would be so classified.
(“Can confirm this video is now being looked at by the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice”)
🤔🤔🤔 This should prove interesting
It depends upon whether the facility was built or is operated using public or private funds.
That explains why the Energizer Bunny is pink. Too bad American Eagle doesn't make batteries.
Outlaw the woke liberal left democrat party, policies, agenda for criminal incitement of violence, hatred, election interference, control of MSM, lying to the public and to the courts...I could go on. Smash them into utter irrelevance. Force a fundamental restructuring of the democrat party by passing laws forbidding any of their past criminal policies. Demand that it no longer use the name “Democratic” in their party name unless the party actually stands for Democratic fairness and human decency.
I agree.
The stadium was built by the St. Louis City soccer team with private funds, but with tax incentives.

Well, it WAS a soccer game, about as left wing as sports gets in the USA.
If it was a NFL game, different story.
A lot depends on whether the city or the team owns the stadium. If it’s private property, it is probably ok for the owner to have a policy and trespass people who violate that policy. There are a lot of caveats to that general rule, however, such as whether there is a public accommodations law that applies to stadiums and whether it prohibits discrimination based on political viewpoint.
If it is owned by the city, that gets messier but the big sticking point is whether the city only trespasses particular viewpoints or whether it disproportionately enforces the policy against one political viewpoint over another.
What you just read is a loose interpretation of "Make American Great Again".
Sorry St. Louis soccer stadium officials, but I see NO political affiliation reflected in this hat.
They may come to regret that.
Can’t imagine what federal law was violated. Sucks that the team kicked him out, but I can’t see why it is the business of the feds.

Make fun of a crossdresser they/them in your own yard and you will find out about federal civil rights laws.
