That’s usually a symptom of AI. And he’s the second federal DEI judge to be caught doing it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yep. The technical term is “hallucinations”.
AI is now very prone to doing this.
Opus DeiAI.
Lazy DEI hire clerks on both AI and weed.
In law enforcement (both TV and real world) There are categories on a scale
suspicions
Leads
evidence
Proof
These cross-reference the Relevant Dimension. Often a lawyer will offer evidence that is irrelevant.
AI currently sits at suspicion. AI can be useful to uncover a possibility that then needs to be checked out. It has a useful role. But its reliability is at the level of suspicion...far from proof.
"The statute allows an individual to file a complaint against a federal judge if they believe that the judge has engaged in conduct "prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts", or that the judge's mental faculties have declined such that they are now "unable to discharge all the duties" required of their office." - wiki
Despite what all the left and actually many repubs say I’m not sure if the USA can exist as a benevolent Republic with a majority non-European based population.
And I’m unsure if it’s a genetics thing entirely. I think many other cultures have values incompatible with our system.
I’m reminded by what Michael Yon said about the Afghans again; Great fighters, good farmers and conversationalists. And he would not want them in the USA in a 1000 years. Said they have no concept of voting or civic responsibility or even democracy. They will kill a person from a clan just 10 miles miles away across a mtn chain because they always have. He said it’s all about the local villages and their tribe/clan, chief and Koran.
They see no merit in women rights, welfare or the sanctity of not using children for sex (boys as well).
Tribal cultures will not assimilate into any other culture to any degree.
Autopen....meet autoruling.
