The article fails to mention that Cincinnati was having a black music festival. Indianapolis does the same thing. They have a “Indiana Black Expo” except, I’ve noticed that they have started just calling it “IBE” so as to not mention “black”.
Part of it could be because most white folks know to avoid crowds of black folks. Going against that common knowledge can have bad consequences.
Which begs the question, is VDH ignorant of this, or is he cowed by the race-mongering poverty pimps?

That woman was nearly killed for trying to stop the beating of a man allegedly guilty of dissing a black person by saying the “n” word. Which they all say 50 times a day to their “bros” in the “hood.”
By the way, if she and the other apparently 5 male victims are going home from the hospital someday, what at the odds of them staying alive and in one piece after their names and home addresses and workplaces are in the news?
