This was a very famous case in Southern California, a homeless man killed by police:

His father spoke on my local talk radio several times- filling in the details the media didn't - or refused - to print.

Kelly Thomas was schizophrenic. When he took his meds, he was normal, had a job, wife and family. When he didn't take his meds he became very dangerous to the point where his own mother took out a restraining order against him.

The family begged the courts for him to be locked up - the "authorities" would, for a few hours only to release him again and again - repeatedly - until his family finally threw in the towel.

He was beaten to death by the Fullerton police - two of whom were found not guilty, the third one, the DA dismissed the charges.

Exactly, and the missing word in all of that is “fraud”.

Every policy BEGINS with a president “running his mouth.” You first state the policy and the goal-—get the homeless crazies off the streets. You then move to the funding level-—no mo money unless you play ball.

A policy this massive would probably take 4-5 years and several court cases before it’s in place.
