ICE giving relief to US for the headache caused by Biden’s open border policy.

Too bad Trump’s pushing amnesty, cause getting them all out would be a huge relief for our school systems, healthcare, housing, taxes, American incomes, etc., etc.

Hopefully this will enable financially strapped hospitals to remain open.

Every illegal deported or killed is one less illegal in the US.

Imprisoning them keeps them here at a cost.

Yeah having to deal with diseases that the US hasn’t seen in decades like leoparsy, measles, smallpox, polio, rubella, and congenital rubella syndrome and elephantitus must’ve slowed things down a bit.

ER treatment is free to those who “can’t” pay. Meaning hard-working Americans are the ones who pay.

Now this is just flat brilliant on the part of the Trump Administration.

American emergency rooms have become the primary care facilities for illegal aliens who simply flood emergency rooms with mostly non critical care issues and they cannot be refused care due to our jerk judges.

The illegals do not pay for their care and emergency rooms are bankrupting hospitals all over the country and forcing them to raise rates on paying customers to cover the bills.

It so bad that hospitals are will to charter Gulfstream business jets to fly patients back to their home countries to say care costs because it's the economical, low cost decision

Turning emergency rooms into deportation facilities for illegal aliens (who do not legally qualify for US benefits , BTW) is a great way to reduce the number of illegal aliens flooding our Emergency Rooms for non emergency care because it's free.

President Donald J Trump is shutting down America as the Land of the Freebie for legal and illegal aliens and that is a good thing.

The relief is not because they fear ICE at the hospital, it’s because they will be going to emergency rooms in other countries. Except now they will have to pay for the services.

Denver hospitals actually wanted a federal bailout after 8,000 illegals posted about 20,000 visits to Denver Health in 2023, with the CEO stating the illegals are putting a huge burden on their operation.

Does anyone else see a problem with this statement?

We had occasion to visit emergency rooms because of the difficulty with obtaining medical appointments with specialists. It was really the only way to access the services we needed. There were a few homeless people smelling of urine and body odor and the number of languages spoken was amazing. Spanish, Russian-ic, and middle eastern dialects. No French or German. They were very crowded and we were more comfortable waiting outside. It took 8 hours for one visit and 6 hours for the other. It is truly amazing what they can do for us but it is astonishing how many people are utilizing the resources. Thank God for living in America in the 21st century.

Too bad Trump’s pushing amnesty

What the eff are you talking about? Over one million have already left voluntarily or been deported in just the first six months of 45-47's second term. Yes, we'd like more gone and at a faster pace, but progress is definitely being made. Amnesty talk is coming from Congress, not from President Trump.

That number is a, shall we say, generous assessment.

And he’s pushing amnesty. Where have you been?

It’s free to those who can’t pay WHO ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. That’s the salt in the wound.

I have heard but can’t confirm that if an American tourist needs emergency medical treatment in Mexico, he has to pay UP FRONT.

There is one female Congressional representative pushing for amnesty if someone has been here for 5 years. One problem I have heard is that this will bring deportations to a halt because everyone will claim they were here for 5 years. The courts will be tied up as they review each person’s proof of residency.

ICE will have to do better than a few hundred a day. We need thousands per day GONE!

You forgot about tuberculosis. Illegals bring that one across the border by the bucketful.

The article is half the story. The other half?

Follow the money. Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance have rules as to what they will pay on what circumstances. These rules and tiers of payment are in response to the belief of many that there is such a thing as a free lunch.

A year ago I went to the emergency room with very painful diverticulosis. It was a Sunday afternoon and I sat in that waiting room for over 10 hours before being seen by anyone. I noticed that 3/4’s off those waiting to be seen were non white presumedly with many of them being illegals with relatively minor ailments. (many with no insurance or maybe Medicaid for the anchor babies)

I noticed my car insurance went way up the last few years. Since I had a clean license with no accidents and a FICO score well over 800 I asked my insurance agent what’s the deal. He said because there’s lots more illegals who get into accidents who don’t carry insurance (they use false insurance cards) that insurance companies wound up paying out much more in claims. That and insurance scams. So we are paying out much more than people realize by having illegals here.
