It appeared the man approached her car and bumped into it. Then she started to move slowly and he stepped in front of the car and was bumped again. Then the mob surrounded her car, probably frightening her. So, trying to get away from the mob, she slowly moved forward. Where are the charges against the people for blocking the street and menacing the woman? The police and DA sound like bozos.
