Does the judge claim that skin color, language, cultural viewpoint, etc. cannot be bases for identification of criminal suspects? This looks like the judge wants to suggest that those are the only criteria ICE/DOJ uses. In other words, the judge is feeding the MSM a story it wants to tell.
