I think it further damages their reputation by agreeing to pay a monetary settlement while bragging about not having to apologize. Most people see right through that bs.

Well, I try to see issues from both sides. And I see their side - and it is exposed for the corruption that it is.
IMO, they’ve been trying to destroy people for decades to get ratings. There was even an article I read about 20 years ago about what to do when 60 minutes wants to interview you: Don’t agree to and if they stick a mic in your face, don’t say a word.

Ya. That’s both sides.
They are being treated fairly. The trial saw to that.

"Perhaps CBS will more truthful and objective when reporting on the Trump administration." Not a chance. But the new 'Trump rule' could end up having implications with other networks and for reporting well beyond this administration... hopefully.

If the Corporation wants to protect itself, purchase Liability Insurance to protect themselves from stupid staff members who commit crimes because of personal grievances.

“the agreement nonetheless sets a “horrible precedent” in agreeing to make public transcripts of future interviews with presidential candidates.”
Why would an honest organization object to making transcripts public?

Why would an honest organization object to making transcripts public?CBS shills shoud be asked that question when they are "debriefed" at Gitmo.
