Could it be there are a shortage of small town doctors because they have blocked AMERICANS from enrolling in medical schools since the early 80s?

I can’t speak for all of rural America but in our small mountain communities we have never had a shortage of doctors.
We do have to travel to the big city if we need a specialist in some things.

I do know that when we lived in Kingman, AZ practically all the doctors were Middle Eastern.
That isn’t the case up here.
I love what President Trump said to the media while he greeted the president of the Philippines . It’s no wonder that Trump can make deals with foreign leaders. I am so happy to have lived long enough to have an America -first as well as a brilliant , capable and honorable president.
