This really gets me ...
...Additionally, Chairman Cotton does not want the DNI to investigate or generate its own intelligence. Cotton demands the ODNI just accept and regurgitate the intelligence Tulsi Gabbard would be given by the other agencies; no independent review of analysis permitted. All of these actions push the Intelligence Community power center back into the CIA and away from the prying eyes of the DNI. That’s the SSCI motive.

So basically, since 9/11, we have learned nothing in the past almost quarter of a century... and as far as “progress” goes, we’ve gone backwards (regressively). And knowing where all the bodies are buried hasn’t seemed to help us bring to justice all those involved.
As I recall, that wall created the circumstances that directly led to the successful 9/11 terrorist attack, and prevented our intel agencies from connecting the dots that could have or would have prevented that attack from occurring. What seems so obvious to us now was apparently deliberately kept obscured. The question that has not been answered in all this time is... ‘why’ was that wall in place by those supposedly on our side... ie the pro-America side.
In my book of logic, the cretins that created and perpetuated that wall (mostly Democrats) have the lives of almost 3,000 Americans on their hands.
Is there ever going to be a reckoning for this? I know, I know... I’m still dreaming. Instead, Americans have elected a radical, pro-Muslim leftist to the highest office (Obama), and are about to elect a radical, communist Muslim as Mayor of NYC, so no. No reckoning. Quite the opposite, in fact.
My question is... considering all of this... is there any hope for our side? Can Trump actually change this FUBAR we seem to be forced to endure via the leftist Democrats?
