I would enthusiastically support a Federal law saying that anyone found with a specific amount of certain drugs....fentanyl,heroin,speed,meth,coke (and maybe others) would be legally deemed to be traffickers...even if they're not. And I would also support a Federal law mandating the death penalty for anyone violating that law.

Singapore does it...and you don't read about heroin ODs in Singapore.

This is the way it should be done.

The Democrat’s (and so many from the GOP) fight against fentanyl was to take legal pain meds away from the veteran’s and older people who needed them and then declare success.

What the U.S. should have been doing all along was to stop the fentanyl and fake pills that have been flowing across the border for the last decade or more. But too many in our government make money from China’s illegal drug trafficking.

Yup...on my first trip to Singapore there was a sign in the hallway that led to the immigration/customs desk that said,in several languages,"Death Penalty To Drug Traffickers Under Singapore Law". I nearly soiled my underwear seeing that...I didn't have anything illegal on me.

Next to the sign way a big plastic trash can labeled "Amnesty Bin". I nearly tossed my blood pressure meds in it...just in case. But I didn't...and got through with no problem.
