I did see the 2nd Lady Usha on TV this morning talking about her Summer Reading Program.

I hope that many take her up on it an enroll their children in the program.

Proficient reading is so important to one’s future, just ask Dr. Ben Carson whose mother turned off the TV and made her two sons read all summer.
