Great article that even dug out the percentage of the races in each major sport and asks when are they going to observe DEI? Some of the sports like the NFL and NBA are far out of the norm to the American population while others are much closer. Great article.

I've said this for years. This country is 70% White. There are 64 starting Cornerback jobs in the NFL. In order to "look like America"....in order to be truly representative, 44.8 (round up to 45) starting NFL Cornerbacks should be White guys. There needs to be a rule passed by the NFL that 45 starting Cornerbacks MUST be White guys.

and it doesn't matter if they can't cover anybody. We'll just call it racist for noticing.

Oh, and we'll demand an equal percentage of starting White wide receivers so those White Cornerbacks CAN cover somebody.

I need to see people who look like me when I see an NFL game.

P.S. Just wait til I get to talking about the NBA.

I like that a lot. My own personal translation, which I came up with last year, overlaps his by a full 66.6 percent--to reflect the everyday reality of today's corporate workforce:

DEI = Divisive, Exclusionary, and INCOMPETENT.
