Is the Court of International Trade mentioned in the Constitution of the United States of America?

If you look at the great tariff disputes of the 19th century, in which the South opposed tariffs while the North supported them, all the debates were in Congress, and Congress set the tariff rates. When the tariffs passed in 1828 it led to the Nullification Crisis.

If the court rules that the congress cannot delegate authority to the executive in this case, it opens a huge can of worms. That could be a bigger deal than tariffs.

This is probably the only nation on the planet with a totally corrupt, government run judiciary.

Is there anything that the courts don’t want to control?

Not bowing down to black robed tyrants.

“If the court rules that the congress cannot delegate authority to the executive in this case, it opens a huge can of worms. That could be a bigger deal than tariffs.”

Even with tariffs, it gets interesting. For example, if a future administration wants punish a country for being White, Christian, Conservative, while protecting children from ‘re-assignment’ and stopping overall moral decay, it won’t be as easy as it now.

But don’t get me wrong, we can still bomb the hell out of the country, like we did to Serbia (or start up huge proxy wars), to make that administration feel better about itself.

I’d like to introduce him to Sotomayor.

Why do we elect legislators to create laws which Judges can change? Why do we elect a President to run the government which Judges can modify the President’s orders? Why not just hire more Judges, they can create laws, run the government and don’t forget overturning other Judges’ rulings….. 🤣🤣🤣

The Wall Street Journal is fully globalist. But you likely knew this because you posted it.
