Let me guess... at most, three citizens checked the status of their ballots when they didn’t receive them in the mail and noticed they were being processed. Odds are they were in the same household or were friends. They reported it and so these three are cases can’t be buried.
The postal worker was charged with these, but not with any more than that except what she may have confessed to, because without the other victims knowing they were victimized and complaining about not receiving their ballots, the prosecutors can’t prove their ballots were voted on or not. So if a voter got too busy to worry about it, worried about it too late to request a new ballot, or was elderly and forgetful they could have been disenfranchised and not know it.
