One has to wonder why they even have kids if they don’t want to be part of their lives.

In some cases, each one increases the amount of the welfare check.

I wonder what would happen if we reduced the welfare check in those homes where the father is NOT present. Mothers would probably respond by making fathers help raising the kids. And if the father now has to share the responsibility (and commotion) of raising the kids, would he want to continue having more kids? -

That’s a good start. I would love to see welfare support good for only one child, and that support contingent upon getting neutered.
