The Maine judge has a conflict of interest by definition!

If Congre$$ and SCOTUS aka Supreme Clowns of the US continue to dodge getting this under control it make me wonder why taxpayers should continue to pay their salaries.

They can still stop at least some of the funding - but they didn't follow the right process the statute requires so it failed.

This kind of stuff is frustrating. The administration often seems more interested in grabbing a quick headline than it actually accomplishing what it set out to do.

frustrating Indeed.

Of course, what process did Biden follow when he changed Title IX? He just used his auto pen.

“withholding funding used to feed children in schools, childcare centers, and after-school programming as well as disabled adults in congregate settings”

I see. So transgender ‘females’ participating in school sports with actual females is a higher priority than feeding children, childcare centers, after-school programming, and disabled adults.

Got it.

That’s a very good point that I overlooked.

It is not physically possible now.

That's a matter of semantics. You'd lose on that one consulting a modern dictionary.

It’s encoded in everyone’s DNA, unchangeable.

To my knowledge there is no male or female DNA. There are XY and XX chromosomes corresponding to male and female sexes made up of DNA. Genes can be modified in the embryonic and fetal stages by CRSPR technology to make minor alterations. Sex chromosomes are unchangeable, so far. Why anyone would try beyond scientific ego I have no idea.

My guess is that they probably followed the provisions of the APA. That's what most Administrations do, which is wwhy everything can't get implemented on the first day.

But if you think there is evidence out there that whatever process was required by the administrative procedures Act wasn't followed, then post it.

What process did Biden follow to make that major expansion / modification to Title IX? It seemed like it was just sprung on us one day

The judge noted that the freeze was due to Title IX violations, but it "restricted" the ability to "provid[e] meals to children and vulnerable adults."

The federal government should not be funding the meals in the first place.

Woodcock previously issued a ruling forcing Christian schools to follow state LGBT policies.

Did you make any effort to look into what, if any, process was used by Biden's Administration before assuming it was just "spring on us"? Or is it just "outrage first, investigation afterwards"?

Took me maybe 3 minutes of research to find the answer to your question. I'm just curious why so few others bother to dig into things on their own.

Here we are nearly 3 months into the Trump administration and numerous courts have hamstrung his constitutional duty at almost every turn.

It seems that we are as ripe for a national divorce as ever.
