I agree that sometimes military force is necessary. But every use needs an end state and plan to get there. For example: completely vanquish the country and replace the government. Or maybe remove some particular nuclear development sites, but that's tricky.

Realistically war should be all or nothing, and the only way to guarantee a win is peace through strength. Strong allies like Israel are part of it, but Israel won't get stronger with constant war. Wars need to end or never start, then comes the real work of strengthening the military along with the economy.
