We can keep bringing the issue up over and over again—and as you say we can make them filibuster at a time and place of our convenience.

Closer to the 2026 Congressional elections is a great time to double down on this stuff.

Hammer those Democrat Senators up for re-election in close races.

Then if they switch and surrender at the last minute we can hang them as flip/floppers.

If they don’t they still own the issue.

We win either way.

Bury them with ads on the issue—24/7 on every possible media and Internet outlet as well as mailers and leaflets for door to door campaigning.

Any campaign aide that claims the issue does not matter needs to be fired immediately.

It is a Democrat killer—destroys their credibility on everything else.

The bill, introduced by Senator Tommy Tuberville and backed by over 40 cosponsors, would have simply codified President Trump's recent executive order into law, affirming what most Americans already know to be true—that biological sex is "recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth."

The EOs can be cancelled by the next Dem president. Getting the EOs enacted as law is critically important.

Thank you for referencing that article Beowulf9. Please note that the following critique is directed at Senate RINOs and not at you.

"The 51-45 vote fell short of the 60 required [??? emphasis added] to advance the bill."

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

With the exception of a few constitutionally enumerated supermajority votes, the drafters of the Constitution gave (mandated?) each senator one vote to insure equal suffrage between big and small states.

"Aricle I, Section 3, Clause 1: The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one vote [emphasis added].

So all that the Constitution-ignoring (imo) 60 supermajority vote rule does in this example is to give majority RINOs a politically correct way (smoke and mirrors) to surrender their PDJT47 majority power on sensitive issues to try to survive next election imo.

Thank you. “Please note that the following critique is directed at Senate RINOs and not at you”. Haha. I hope I have not been too sensitive as of late.

But even if 7 dems joined to thr Rep vote count of 51 you would still only have 58?

Btw how do we know the 51 is the Republicans? The Senate majority vote is listed first?

And two Senators per 50 states is 100 votes, 51 + 45 is 96?

Not a single female democrat stood up for women’s rights! To me, they are beyond disgusting!

Now I’m wondering who came up with it first, Rush or Boortz?

It’s still funny, but the misuse of smartphones is a lot worse.

So much for all those stories about moderate democrats trying to take the party back from extreme radical leftists.

You might think that a truly moderate democrat would support keeping girls sports and shower rooms for girls only.

“This is exactly what we want”

Yeah, that’s right you bet it is. It’s a perfect illustration of the Trump admin strategy. Doesn’t matter if the bill passes or not. Make them go on record with their misogynist political positions. Put them in a position of saying they are in favor of allowing mediocre men to compete for women’s sports scholarships. The same strategy works for immigration, economy, diplomacy, environment, education, I hope the Trump admin will do this over and over again. The democrats, forced to drink their own poison. It’s perfect, can’t wait for the sequel!

This is even uglier than the Dred Scott 1857 SCOTUS opinion that codified that the Negro race persons are not citizens (or even humans as implied).

Every citizen should be outraged.

The next move is for each state to pass law and the feds can’t do thing one about it since it’s justifiable under federal law Title IX and the entire current elected executive branch with the EO.

This is why the 17th amendment needs to be revoked. (Direct public election of Senators instead of each state’s legislatures determining their Senators)
