There were many, many military ops in the late 80s. The corruption is simply overwhelming. There is no real way to stop it. Well, there is one way.. convince Americans, Canadians to give up drugs, n now pedophilia.
The high value of child trafficking has added another stream of untold wealth. I can’t see this amount of money being surrendered.
