Now the DOJ can go after the J6 persecutors.

In a sane world, the judges would be raging over Biden’s pardons of all the hard-core criminals and his vast Biden Crime Family.

The judge should be forced to resign or impeached and then disbarred

Then charged with obstruction of justice and sent the present to rot turn the tables on these bastards

When will Traitor Roberts come out and support their Free Speech and [derivative, hack] actions?

For people who may, justifiably, hate RINOs, keep in mind that THESE PEOPLE are the ones you empower by sitting out elections ‘to teach the GOP a lesson’.

Also remember that these are the SAME PEOPLE that spent decades bitching about ‘unjust incarceration’. Now I hope you guys realize that their bitching only applied to their people and they would be THRILLED to lock up everyone on this site (except the Zeepers, of course).

Beware the local, state and the fedgov are still full of controlling Communist and American hating traitors.

It will take a long while to eliminate most of them.

“Indeed, some judges used dismissal hearings to launch into what seemed at points like cable-ready commentary. “

Anyone who thinks the judicial isn’t largely corrupt is, well, STUPID! Moreover how many was are there to fix the problem if half the judges think we’re the problem?

Federal judges can be disciplined for violating judicial ethics standards or for having a disability. The Judicial Conduct and Disability Act of 1980 establishes the process for filing complaints and investigating misconduct.

Filing a complaint
Anyone can file a complaint alleging a federal judge has committed misconduct or has a disability

The complaint can be filed with the United States Court of Federal Claims, the Court of International Trade, or the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

Investigating the complaint
A conduct commission investigates the complaint and The commission may request additional investigations.

Determining a sanction
The commission determines a sanction or remedy
Sanctions can include:

Public or private censure

A request for the judge to resign voluntarily

A recommendation for impeachment

Mentoring, monitoring, or additional education

Suspension or removal from office

Impeachment
If the Judicial Conference finds that an Article III judge’s conduct warrants impeachment, it certifies the matter to Congress
Congress then decides whether to initiate impeachment proceedings

A special commission needs to be set up to expose every filthy tactic used to terrorize the J6 protestors.

Name names - let it all be exposed to the light.

Then we’ll see what the national will is for dealing with these protected class elitist judges and justice dept operatives.

First things first - air out the filth hidden from view.

“In Philadelphia, District Attorney Larry Krasner pledged to pursue those pardoned or commuted with new charges on the state level”

I’m not a lawyer, but how can something done in D.C. become a crime in PA? (Although somehow Trump’s phone call from D.C. to Atlanta became a crime in GA, so what do I know).

“... pardons were all part of a plan to build an army of “brownshirts.”

If that’s the case, why did Trump tolerate all the abuse for 4 years, then campaign legitimately and WIN legitimately instead of creating this army she’s hyperventilating about??

Favorite line from the article:

"Such hyperbole, particularly the Nazi references, is now commonplace. Indeed, the left jumped the shark on the Nazi-mania and death-of-democracy mantra months ago. "

A blast from the past ----

"Yes, it's okay to compare Trump to Hitler. Don't let me stop you" Washington Post, 20 December 2023.

The reality is that Democrats and the Left worldwide have been employing Goebbels-like attacks on President Trump for a very long time, and -- happily -- to no avail BECAUSE WE ELECTED HIM.

I find it interesting that Mr. Raskin is screaming about pardons since he received one himself for being on the corrupt J6 committee - I don’t see that he has declined it. There was a good article this morning about how the now late, unlamented Mr. Carter listened to Robert Pastor of the very leftwing Institute for Policy Studies in giving up the Panama Canal. Raskin’s father, Marcus Raskin, was one of lead IPS scumbos, and he agitated against US forces in VN from Day One.

Larry Krasner of Philadelphia is full of shi_. Philadelphia has no jurisdiction over what happens in DC. Once again, wasting time and money on Trump hating political prosecutions.

This is what Obama meant when he talked about fundamentally transforming America. Judges who answer to no one but themselves. Frankly, these judges need to go.
