Once Goodson was out of money ............. she realized she’d been tricked.
That was her first clue.
I remember a story about an old woman falling for some sort of get-rich-quick scam. The strangest thing was she said she realized at one point it was a scam but she “felt invested in it.”
very dumb. But how low does someone have to be to do this to someone else? It’s evil.
That’s her?
So sad...I bet she was pretty when young.
Years ago I had an elderly aunt - a healthy, intelligent, active woman for her age - that fell in with a guy that claimed he used to play in the NFL. This was before the internet, so verification of such was a lot harder, but I looked him up in an NFL reference book at the library and he wasn’t in it. I told her that but it didn’t matter - she was a widow and was flattered by the attention. He eventually took all she had and disappeared. She had a stroke and died soon afterward. I know her sons tried to get an investigation started but I lost contact so never found out if they were successful. She was far from stupid but still got taken by a good line of bull.
There are a lot of evil people in the world; always have been. Hopefully, there are fewer evil than good.
My first thought. Or if it did happen, hoping the real Reeves hears about it and helps her $$.
I know a guy, 72, for at least 2-3 years he kept telling how he was gonna have a date with a famous female racecar driver, a famous female golfer, a not-so-famous female actress.....
He’d save up credits for dinner 🍽️🍴 for when one of them was going to fly into town....none of it ever happened, of course.
Of course they were ALL scammers.
We kept trying to tell him. He wouldn’t listen. Eventually he has to go to the 🏦 🏦 🏦 bank to straighten out his account (I don’t know the details).
Now he has a gal. She was after me for about a week until she found out that I have no money LOL (ouch) 🤕🤕🤕.
Now she appears to have him and controls him significantly. Daily.
There’s more to the story but I can’t mention it because it would reveal his last name. His father was portrayed in an Unsolved Mysteries. He told me about it last year. I eventually found the episode and watched it. But again, it would reveal the last name, so.... can’t link it.
Does stupidity come with age?

He told her that if the bus went under 50 mph it would explode?
I applied for a job through an agency in the wake of the 2008 crash.
About 8 months later I get an email ostensibly from the recruiter that she’s trapped in Mexico or South America and needed cash to get back to the United States.
The recruiter was real but somebody hijacked her name.
Do we HAVE to bring up my dating life?
C’mon man!!
LOL 😂😂😂😂
You’re dating her too?
She told ME she was breaking up with Kelce!!!
(Ladies, a hot Hollywood hunk is not interested in you.)
You’re smashing a lot of dreams now
(Nor is a beautiful Hollywood girl)
C’mon man!!!
I convinced a lady that I was her grandson and to send me checks. She sent me 20 checks for 50 cents and a dollar. And then they all bounced!
Loneliness isn’t the worst thing she struggles with-she is also a special kind of stupid and misinformed...
That is what I like about Jessica Alba as she never asks for cash - only a few bitcoin now and then. Someday we’ll meet and she says my wife will not know.
I’ve had a few grandsons call that i didn’t know I had. I ask them lots of questions before I tell them I don’t remember them.
lol
Someone called Mom when sh was about 95 saying that her grandson had been arrested, was in jail, and needed money to get out.
She said, “My grandson never would be in jail!” Then she hung up on the caller
I only get Ukrainian women who want to meet my credit card.
