Wealth is part of a social contract, and social contracts are overseen by governments.

As in "Nineteen Eighty Four", you can only stay in the Inner Party (i.e. have wealth) by unconditionally participating in its groupthink.

Any deviation will result in expulsion.

The various leftist governments and regulatory agencies have unlimited resources which can be used to destroy the finances of anyone or any corporation they want to.

The problem is that Spacex and Starlink are vital national security itnerests and we cannot do without them. So the EU is attacking US national security. We should dump NATO and start imposing tarrifs on the EU. Europe needs to be dragged back into the civilized world.

The European Union has warned X that it may calculate fines against the social-media platform by including revenue from Elon Musk’s other businesses, including Space Exploration Technologies Corp. and Neuralink Corp., an approach that would significantly increase the potential penalties for violating content moderation rules.

The United States needs to make it clear to the Euro-bitches that to punish an American company for a freedom of speech issue will be met by sanctions that will dwarf any fines they impose.

If we had an American president that defended American companies against the lunatics in the EU, he would tell them to back off Elon Musk or risk massive tariffs and US pulling out of NATO it should be unacceptable for the EU make threats about Americans like Elon Musk

Agree.

Tell the EU they are free to target Apple and Amazon and Facebook and Google all they like but they will be leaving X alone.....or else. Tariffs and fines can work both ways and they are a military dependent. So it wouldn’t be a good idea to piss us off, but they’re free to target our enemies in Big Tech all they wish.
