The Iranian nuclear and missile sites constitute an existential threat to Israel and have for the last 25 years.

Reasonably confident Israel has developed and and manufactured enough specialized weaponry to go after those targets if they have to, but the United States would have to chip in to do the job properly and permanently.

The Iranian oil facilities are easy soft targets for precision weapons.

As we have seen in Russia, a very small explosive device strategically detonated can start an impressive and destructive fire when it has tens of thousands of gallons of flammable liquids to start fires.

So yes, Israel can seriously wreck Iran's oil production infrastructure if they choose to.

They can also shut down Iran's ports and destroy the Kharg Island oil distribution infrastructure
