This issue involves people with drivers licenses for at least 28 years. Now - how many states require ANY proof of citizenship to vote? Are YOU required to provide a birth certificate or passport to vote?

What is especially dispiriting is that evangelicals might be turning against Trump now. Melania didn’t help matters with her full throated advocacy of abortion on demand, and the GOP itself in their platform have deleted their previous support of the unborn. God is not mocked. By abandoning his pro-life supporters Trump may have sealed his defeat.
Charlie Kirk had a pastor on today who studies these trends and he reported that many churchgoers may sit out the election. The interview is very sobering.

No, even in Texas, a “red state” (so far...)... only a valid drivers license has to be presented to prove who I am when I vote. You have a valid point, IOW.

If AZ is lost, the election is over for Trump.

Trump can still get to 270 without AZ and NV if he carries GA, NC, and PA.

I might be in that group. I moved to AZ from California in March 1996 & got my license shortly after that. Nobody asked for proof of citizenship or a birth certificate at the polling place then because the law wasn’t in effect at that time. In 2004, I brought those documents with me to prove my citizenship when I voted, but they said they had what they needed. I haven’t gotten official notification so far that I’m in that group, but I meet the parameters as far as dates so I guess I’ll find out on November 5th.

So no one was appointed to replace this position for a month?
