The family then called 911 and detained Camara until officers arrived I would hope "detained" meant they watched over his lifeless body, because had it been my family that would be the case.

There’s a rather large Somalian contingency in Columbus, though used to be they moved to the east side of town. Hilliard is on the west side. However, by car, it’s just a 20 minute drive.
