A federal judge has ruled that Smith’s appointment was not proper. Shouldn’t that be adjudicated before anything else proceeds, in any of the cases he’s prosecuting? I have not heard one word about that. It’s like Judge Cannon’s ruling is being ignored. Smith is still acting as a prosecutor.
