And as for the Constitution, I'll stick with our current one. The only way I'd want it replaced is if the new one contained all the protections from the current one, plus more. Like the Libertarian Constitution - https://constitutioncenter.org/news-debate/special-projects/constitution-drafting-project/the-libertarian-constitution/the-libertarian-constitution-full-text
I have only one response for him and that involves TWO middle fingers.
All the jugheads infesting America who want to “reform” the Constitution need to pack their sh*t and go home or to another country where they can be slaves. We don’t need the retards here.
Anyone who is against the Constitution, the very thing which cites and guards our rights, is a threat to America.
Jewish Red Diaper Doper Baby. (tip of the hat to Michael Savage!)
Mess with a constitution that was created by your mental superiors, Chemerinsky, and expect CW-II, with you as the first casualty. Shove it up your Obamahole. Far up. We’ve had it up to here with taking turds.
Sounds the the eminent scholar cut and pasted from 1619 project and DEI thought.
He’s only preeminent amongst the leftists. No non-leftist would consider a man worth listening to who doesn’t comprehend what the US Constitution is or that amendments are the remedy for any necessary and well-deliberated changes
I’ve wondered how long it would take for the radicals to propose such a thing.
As crazy as it may sound it wasn’t to many years ago the idea of Gay marriage sounded insane followed by the more insane idea of transgender rights and people being about to change their sex.
An insane idea gets proposed by some university idiot, it gets amplified by the media, democrat politicians pick up on the insane idea then 50% of the people accept it as true.
I would not be surprised that in 5-10 years, Blue States propose their own constitution and refuse to recognize the existing constitution.
Don’t need some Berkeley Commie-ski giving anyone advice on anything of importance.
Don’t give an inch. We’ve learned the hard way too many times.
‘Our democracy is at grave risk’
Right, because of the way you guys always challenge the Constitution!! 😡👿
The Constitution provides a process for changing it.
Go for it, who knows you might get your way but I doubt it.
What you are saying is a sure route to civil war.

Sounds like he can’t keep a job. /s
There’s a reason thinking people skip college these days
He is the type of fellow who would want to change the Holy Bible if he could. I am the type of fellow who whishes he could find a pre-KJV of the Holy Bible.
Yep, the US Constitution does not evolve. To be quite honest, humans have really not “evolved” much in the past 25,000 years. What has “evolved” are machines and technologies.
Since people have not changed why should the Constitution of the Constitutional Democratic Republic?
I wonder if he has ever read the Constitution and compared it to some other nations. In Mexico we have 232 Articles.. and nothing that guarantees the rights of the citizens from an oppresive government.
