I agree. Mail ins should go out october 25th at the earliest. Enough to get them filled out and returned. No reason for September 6th that’s for sure. If not for that, fetterman may not have won his election. I remember that well. Had a stroke and terrible debate, but didn’t matter because votes were locked in already.
