“Telegram founder Pavel Durov recently revealed to Tucker Carlson that the FBI approached a Telegram engineer, attempting to secretly hire him to install a backdoor that would allow U.S. intelligence agencies to spy on users.
The FBI also hired agents to infiltrate ‘anti-vaxx’ Telegram groups, with FBI contractors creating multiple fake online identities to join chatrooms run by groups opposing vaccine mandates.”
From an interview with Tucker Carlson.

Out of control government is out of control.
Maria Zakharova:
“The Russian Embassy in Paris promptly took action, as is customary when informed that Russian citizens have been detained by local authorities. There’s no need to remind our diplomats of their duties.
This brings to mind how, in 2018, a group of 26 NGOs, including Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Freedom House, Reporters Without Borders, the Committee to Protect Journalists, and others, condemned the decision of a Russian court to block Telegram. Similar statements were made in the West (1, 2, 3, 4).
These statements were made because, on July 1, 2018, the Yarovaya Law came into effect in Russia, requiring telecommunications operators to store records of phone messages and internet traffic of their clients for six months, as well as keys to decrypt user communications, and provide them to the FSB of Russia upon request. Telegram faced legal challenges that many countries had due to the technical aspects of its encryption system.
These Western NGOs called on Russian authorities to stop creating obstacles for Telegram’s operations. They appealed to the UN, the Council of Europe, the OSCE, the European Union, the United States, and other governments to oppose Russia’s actions, defend fundamental rights to freedom of expression and privacy, and urged internet companies to resist unjust and unlawful demands that violate user rights. They demanded that Russian authorities guarantee the rights of global internet users to publish and anonymously view information on websites, emphasizing that any restrictions must be court-sanctioned and fully comply with the European Convention on Human Rights.
Meanwhile, Durov remained free, continuing to develop Telegram.
I’m sharing a screenshot of all the relevant Western organizations that spoke out at that time, including their collective statement. Do you think they’ll appeal to Paris this time and demand Durov’s release, or will they remain silent?”

Elon, please stay out of Fascist France!
I wonder what horrible crimes he committed.
“’SHUT UP!’ he explained.”
Elon Musk:
Pavel Durov left Russia when the government tried to control his social media company, Telegram. But in the end, it wasn’t Putin who arrested him for allowing the public to exercise free speech. It was a western country, a Biden administration ally and enthusiastic NATO member, that locked him away. Pavel Durov sits in a French jail tonight, a living warning to any platform owner who refuses to censor the truth at the behest of governments and intel agencies. Darkness is descending fast on the formerly free world. Here’s our interview with Durov from several months ago:

I always thought Telegram was just another social media platform in the vein of Tiktok and FB. Apparently it is not. Have I missed something here?
Think of it like WhatsApp and X.
He’s Russian. To many in the West, that’ the crime.
The Deep State can’t control Telegram.
He aided and abetted free speech. And he's clearly guilty of that.
Roosevelt to America to war against the Axis to ensure the Four Freedoms, the first of which was Freedom of Speech and Expression.
Perhaps the US should go to war with the NATO nations to enforce those freedoms again.
I know what X is of course, I have an account there, but I’ve never seen WhatsApp. I don’t like to have a whole lot of social media accounts. I like to keep things as simple as possible.
The left hates free speech.
Here, get yourself some free wine.

WhatsApp is great. Basically, it's instant messaging. Not as popular in the U.S.
The only downside with WhatsApp is that Meta owns it.
It’s like X but based in Europe. The FBI tried to recruit Durov the same way they did Jack Dorsey. Durov told them to pound sand. He violated the laws Elon Musk is guilty of in France and Britain. Both Durov and Musk are equally guilty of refusing to be globalist stooges. The British regime has already threatened Musk over his “misinformation”. They WILL arrest Elon Musk if he goes to the EU. Western fascism, plain and simple.
from Reuters:
“Durov was travelling aboard his private jet, TF1 said on its website, adding he had been targeted by an arrest warrant in France as part of a preliminary police investigation.
TF1 and BFM both said the investigation was focused on a lack of moderators on Telegram, and that police considered that this situation allowed criminal activity to go on undeterred on the messaging app”
TF1 and BFM are both tv stations. no other info on what type of arrest warrant (French, British, interpol?? etc)) Russia is calling for demonstrations outside French embassies, but Durov gave up his Russian citizenship some time ago and is a French/ UAI dual citizen
SpaceX has been tapped to rescue the stranded astronauts so they better leave Musk alone
Zekes here loathe telegram
They should be happy
