Texas climate is better (depending on where you live). Western 2/3 of Texas is generally a dry heat ... not nearly as many leftist relocatees, though FL isn’t at all bad with them (STAY AWAY from Austin). I chose TX because I fell in love with the state 30 years ago and spent the whole 30 years trying to get here.
Hah! Very much a fan of the band but not the original meaning of the screen name; early in my career I spent a lot of long nights on the road, staring up at the stars. Not constantly, mind you, but enough to contemplate the universe at times.
