What I gathered from this article above is that, Joe Biden almost died, but he’s didn’t.

People dementia/old timers are known for going into violent rages that are only resolved by medical intervention.
*Had a customer who’s dad had dementia and required 24 hour assistance.

A transient ischemic attack (TIA) occurs when blood flow to a part of the brain stops for a brief time. A person will have stroke-like symptoms for up to 24 hours.
