LOL! These stocks have high growth rates.

NVDA year ago quarter: $0.25 / share

Forecast this quarter: $.59 / share

They keep beating forecasts. At the present price there 2025 P/E would be 30.

“Just for starters.”

“NVDA 62.75”

With the stock at 105 and they just meet forecast for this quarter their P/E would be 44.

They usually beat. At 105 that would be in the 30’s.

“Many, if not most, of the corporate stocks are trading with a PE in the 60s. That can’t be maintained, I see a correction into the teens where it should be. At least that is where I positioned myself. We’ll see.”

S&P 500 forward P/E: 22

Russell 2000 forward P/E: 18

——————Diluted PE = 6 -——————

Is EPS or Diluted EPS Better?
Earnings per share (EPS) is an important metric for understanding a firm’s profitability. Because many companies have additional shares in reserve in the form of equity compensation, employee stock options, or convertible securities, diluted EPS provides a more comprehensive view of potential per-share profitability.
