Too bad Trump didn’t wait to debate Biden until AFTER the DNC nomination. By then, it would have been near impossible to replace him.

no one could be more of a Trump fan than I,but it’s gonna take more than the euphoria of the recent RNC in Milwaukee to convince folks that he is the far, far better choice... we know quite a number of lady friends who will vote for The Cacklin’ Queen simply because she is a woman...this is going to be a tight race, IMHO.....

That makes the next six months incredibly dangerous for this country. Having only that time left to maximize their ill-gotten family nest egg by selling this country out to its enemies, just imagine what they might do. They won’t be able to sell future influence anymore, so they will have to deliver immediate results. Will they sell national secrets like the Clintons did through Loral, or throw more gasoline on the fire of an impending World War III, or something even worse like promising China they won’t respond if the CCP releases a far deadlier virus than COVID? This is a very dangerous time.
1) Biden did not want to not run when party insiders knew he was demented and would lose if they didn’t remove him.
2) Biden was scheduled for an early debate to show insiders he was up to it. Biden failed miserably.
3) Biden was told to “make his own decision” but given one option - not run.
4) Biden dragged his feet, people with dementia don’t always know how bad it is.
5) Insiders put on the pressure, statements from Clooney et al and then told him more could come if he didn’t act fast.
6) He finally got the message.
Hordes of DC elites have some explainin’ to do.
I just heard that an EO went out from “Biden” that transfers Presidential Powers to the Sec of the Treasury and the Sec of State as of yesterday. Does anyone else know if this is true?
That's some set-up. They had him do something that every presidential candidate in my lifetime has had to do - participate in a debate. They even gave him a friendly moderator and all of his requested rules. The standard for success was as low as it gets - just don't appear completely senile. He couldn't do it.
Biden hasn’t been seen or heard from in 5 days? Let’s see if he turns up having had an “accident with exercise equipment” ala Harry Reid. That would let us know if that is how he was convinced to drop out.
I find it hard to believe that when the stakes we highest, for the first time in his life Biden did not act in his own self-interest.

That sounds like BS. That's not how it works, and I don't see any reason for anyone to want that.
