It appears to me that the Democrats have established a solid pattern of leading from the shadows. No longer is the Democrat leader out front as President. Democrats are lead by some kind of Cabal or Syndicate in a smoke-filled room.
This would run counter to that. I don’t doubt that Hillary wants to lead, but the Syndicate doesn’t want her as President.

1. She wasn’t “cleared” of all charges. After that POS Comey enumerated just some of the felonies (which should have included espionage), Comey declared that no reasonable prosecutor would ever bring indictments. So a Democrat run DOJ then, as now, selectively prosecutes based on political affiliation.
