That would be the mass of the fissile material and the klystron to detonate it. The US has long held the only ability to make high-grade klystrons, basically assembling critical parts a molecule at a time.

“Klystrons are used in ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) circuits, such as UHF television transmission, and for microwave radar sources, where they can produce oscillations up to 400 gigahertz, in the short microwave range.”

For example, “Little Boy”, dropped on Hiroshima, needed 64kg (141 lbs) of fissile material, for a total weight of 4,400kg (9,700 lbs), using a low grade klystron. Its yield was a mere 15 Kilotons. A medium grade klystron might have dropped its weights by half, and a high grade klystron by 2/3rds to 3/4ths.

So, the answer to your question is “no”. Iran cannot make anything approaching that size.
