Voting is secondary. The dems can harvest enough this time that I bet he (or whomever runs) will rack up at least 90 million this time.

The current COVID policy is when you stop having a fever (he hasn’t had one) and stop showing symptoms (he had a cough) you can return to work. In other words…it’s an easy short vacation when you want to get out of work. But really, none of it matters.

The Biden’s could quickly become the victims. They could claim Joe was forced into running in 2020 by the Democrats, that they knew he had early dementia but they assured him it would be ok, in turn, the laptop and money laundering would be covered up.
