I have to wonder how many good guys are still embedded within those bloated bureaucracies. Good guys and gals that have kept their mouths shut and their heads down, bit their tongues and have remained silent due to the vitriol and the cancel culture mentality

To be sure, there are some dedicated and competent professionals inside the bloated bureaucracies, and that includes contractors as well, but they generally get over run and silenced by the DEI crowd that overshadows everything. Pushing for things like competence, meritocracy and accountability is a sure way to damage one’s career in the government. If Trump wins, they will have to wait for awhile for any reforms or positive cultural changes, however. It won’t happen overnight as the DEI crusade has a lot of legal friends who will resist the reforms and slow down restoration of sanity.

I totally agree. That’s the reality. We can’t expect immediate and instantaneous ‘positive changes’ in these systems that have taken decades to corrupt, should we win in November. Good point. We have many enemies within (RINOs) that will be trying to stop those positive changes at every turn.

That indeed is a problem that should not be overlooked. The RINOs and the Left both know that Trump has but one term and they will do everything in their power to resist his agenda.

The RINOs are going to be a big problem for him IMHO.
