Randall Weaver was trying to evade a federal arrest warrant for flight at Ruby Ridge. The branch dividians were holding guns and they were trying to hold off the ATF that had search warrants, not arrest warrants. To me it is just the opposite of what we have here. The people on both situations you mentioned were identified and paperwork was established for serving. The guy on the AGR building was establishing a sniper position to take out a former president and candidate for the current vacancy coming up. There was no threat of illegal actions except by the sniper who took the shot at Trump. Legally, that’s insurrection as it is an actual attack on a primary A property. The two you mentioned were a problem that hadn’t happened yet. It does bring back some bad memories.
