I think Obama is trying to distanced himself from being exposed as Joe's puppeteer by leaking fake news saying he wants Joe out. If Obama really wanted Joe out it would take one phone call to make it happen - without Obama, there is no Joe to begin with. I dunno - I still don't 'get' why the various factions are acting this way.

YouTube has some Ronald Reagan videos of President Reagan doing photo ops in the oval. 1987, Joe Biden walks in and sits down and speaks. Someone else is there as Joe tells the President he wants to help with arms treaty or some such. The other man says yeah he can find another speech to plagiarize or something mentioning the man's name (Neil or Noel Kinnick?) everyone laughs, including Joe. But you can tell, he's the kid no one wanted to be around. Lying. Cheating. Bragging.

He's finished. Everyone knows it but Joe.
