Actually I think Trumps strategy is to lay low and let all the focus stay on biden and his mental decline so people can see it without him being a distraction......I think it’s a great plan.
I know he probably didn’t write that but I agree other than the fact that thr primary process was rigged, bigly. The idea that after having rigged the primaries and gotten the outcome you wanted you can now say, on second thought let’s run with “x” is clear evidence as to how little the Democrat party thinks of their constituents. It’s sad that any voter would go along with this hogwash. This is what Biden should havr said in his interview. Shows just how incapable he is.
All of a sudden, all Wahington Democrats want Biden off the ticket. The obstinate candidate is not cooperating. Seems to me they may want to reroute that lawfare they have been so skilled at in trying to get his opponent off ticket for the last 2 years to their new object of their disaffection, their own non cognitive candidate.

I agree that it is not 100% clear. The 12th Amendment says anyone not eligible to the office of President is not eligible to the office of Vice President, but the 22nd Amendment only speaks of being ELECTED to the presidency. Another avenue would be for him to be elected Speaker of the House, and succeed to the presidency during a time when there is no Vice President.

One of the hidden assumptions of that amendment is that the Vice President has an IQ higher than a rock.
